Managing Attorney
Native of Washington D.C., with 22 years experience as a resident of WNC. A December 2018 graduate of the North Carolina Central University School of Law, Rupa’s specialty areas include Intellectual Property for sole proprietors, artists and small business, Ordinance and Legislative drafting, Real Estate Law, and Wills and Estates. Through her low-income legal assistance work, Rupa is committed to helping individuals move forward from past challenges so they can positively contribute to the community’s they are members of and, in turn, be valued neighbors in.
Rupa is admitted to the Washington D.C. and North Carolina Bars; the Western District of North Carolina U.S. District Court; and is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
