Vickers Russe Law PLLC was founded in 2021 in Madison County, North Carolina. Home of “legacy families” of tobacco farmers whose families grew up running through fields, and learning the joy of hard work, good fun, and great song. These are the clients Vickers Russe Law PLLC’s founding Attorney Rupa Vickers Russe was blessed to begin her Estate practice with; and whose needs have uniquely informed not only this Firm, and Ms. Russe personally, but have directly resulted in the creation of our new online legal document service: PRONTOLaw. Rupa Vickers Russe, Licensed Attorney barred in Washington D.C., North Carolina and Montana. Ms. Russe is a 2018 graduate of the North Carolina Central University School of Law. She developed her skills helping legacy families protect their family lands as a new Attorney beginning her practice during COVID in one of the most cash poor (culturally rich) rural counties in North Carolina. Ms. Russe personally understands: (1) the important commitment to one’s family lands; and (2) the desire to avoid burdening one’s family with complex probate of one’s affairs after our time here is over.
Ms. Russe’s approach to Estate documents is keep it simple, and specific.

The Scope Of Our Attorney-Client Relationship
Your relationship with the PRONTOLaw Attorney who meets with you and reviews your documents as part of your :45 minute included document consultation is limited to advising on the information contained in the documents. The relationship terminates after that appointment, and can be continued if additional representation – beyond the document and :45 minute consult – is provided by that Attorney.
How long we retain your data
All information provided to Vickers Russe Law PLLC is kept pursuant to the Professional Rules of Responsibility for the state in which we offer you legal documents.
What rights you have over your data
At any time you can request Vickers Russe Law, PLLC, dba PRONTOLaw, to remove any information stored in any database online. Any information required to provide a legal document can only be destroyed pursuant to the Rules of Professional Responsibility for Attorneys in the state in which the Attorney was licensed at time of service.
